With the arrival of March Holidays, expect a bag of fun activities to do with your kids! As if there aren’t enough events to go around attending, Gardens By the Bay is holding their Children Festival with a little extra fun for the whole family just to ensure that the holidays are well-spent in their Gardens of Wonder! Families can enjoy thrilling performances, hands-on craft activities and fascinating stories for the coming next two weeks, check out and know what to expect! 


A beautiful musical dance performance inspired by the classic tale The Rainbow Fish, a story about selflessness, friendship and love.

The show will incorporate the central water feature in the Children’s Garden to create the magical underwater world of sea creatures and plants.

Snippety-snap! Nipper is a clumsy crab. His huge claws always get in the way! When he tries to play catch-the-bubble with his friends, he accidentally pops the bubble. When everyone plays tag, Nipper trips on one of his claws. And when Nipper and his pals play hide-and-seek, Nipper’s big claws smash his hiding place! A fun dramatization of Ruth Galloway’s book “Clumsy Crab”, this performance will also feature many delightful sea creatures!

Supertree Grove - Fairytale Galaxy


Fairytale Galaxy is a futuristic take on the classic fairy tale, Cinderella. Look forward to an exciting child-friendly performance of circus acts, theatre, dance, music and LED lighting. What’s more, you are invited to join in the Gravity Free Ball, and dance along with royalty decked out in lighted costumes!

Interactive Storytelling - The Magic Flower FairiesINTERACTIVE STORYTELLING: THE MAGIC FLOWER FAIRIES

 Amidst the beautiful setting of the Flower Dome, our storytellers will enchant audiences with the story of The Magic Flower Fairies – fairies with magical powers who live among the flowers. Young audiences will love the chance to take part in the telling and re-enacting of this tale, and in the process, learn about appreciating and working with each other’s unique gifts and qualities for the common good. *suitable for children aged 6 and below

Have lots of creative fun with crafts! Let your imagination take flight, and use kinetic sand art to create the shapes of your favourite plants, animals and other characters. Did you know you can draw in 3D? Try your hand at 3D pen drawing to create whimsical creatures and many more. Look out for more fun crafts coming your way!

Want to spend a special evening out with the family? The Singapore Symphony Orchestra and its Associate Conductor Jason Lai will showcase favourite orchestral works at Gardens by the Bay. Experience the Waltz and Minuet through the ages with notable pieces such as Tchaikovsky’s ever-popular “Swan Lake Suite” and “Yumeji’s Theme” from Wong-Kar Wai’s beloved classic movie, “In the Mood for Love”!

 Jump and bounce! Calling all children to come and have a fun time on a special bouncy castle with a design inspired by the iconic Supertrees.

 Is it there? Or is it not? Roving magician has some magic tricks up his sleeves. Come and see what they are for yourself. Pick up some cute balloons in various shapes too.

The train will bring children and their families on a fun ride around the Supertree Grove. Tickets cost $6 per person.
